HighlightsSummary
- Circle Hooks have been trusted by commercial fishermen for decades due to their efficient fish hooking ability.
- Designed to hook fish in the corner of the mouth or jaw, resulting in better fights and higher survival rates for released fish.
- Swimerz Circle Hooks are available in both inline and offset patterns, engineered for predictable hook sets.
Detailed FeaturesBenefits
- Promotes catch-and-release: Circle hooks primarily hook fish in the jaw, reducing the chance of gut-hooking and improving released fish survival rates (supported by scientific studies).
- Allows use of lighter leaders: With the hook set in the corner of the mouth, the fishing line is generally protected from the fishs teeth.
- Ideal for a variety of fishing techniques: Suitable for live baiting for larger fish, bottom fishing, deep-dropping, and trolling.
- Wide gape design: Bridges the lip cartilage effectively when matched to bait size and target species, improving catch rates.
- Oversize eye: Provides freedom of movement for better bait presentation.
- Short, heavy-duty shank: Reduces bait interference, especially when targeting trophy-sized fish.
- Forged from high-grade carbon steel: Offers strength and durability.
- Black Nickel coating: Enhances rust resistance and lowers hook visibility in water.
