Big Profile. Heavy Weight. Violent Eats.
The Meat Whistle Crawfish is a bottom-hugging, jig-style evolution of the legendary Meat Whistle streamerreworked into a crawfish profile that triggers aggressive, reaction strikes from predatory fish. This fly tying kit gives you everything you need to tie a fly that gets down fast, stays in the zone, and flat-out moves fish.
Built on a jig hook and designed to ride hook-point-up, this pattern excels when fished tight to structure, along the bottom, and through deep runs where big fish are hunting.
Why the Meat Whistle Crawfish Works
- Jig hook design reduces snags and improves hookups
- Heavy weight for fast sink rates and bottom contact
- Pulsing materials create lifelike crawfish movement
- Proven Meat Whistle DNA with a bottom-oriented profile
How to Fish It
Fish it on sink-tip or full-sink lines, crawl it along the bottom, or swing it through deep pools and seams. Strip-pause retrieves often trigger explosive strikes.
